Bringing us a machine we didn't build? This is our full rebuild service for other brands — everything in The Works, plus the extra diagnostic time non-Feldman machines need. Whatever shape it comes in, it goes out cleaned, polished, and genuinely rebuilt.

Fill out the Repair Shop Intake form first to get your order number, then pack your machine securely and write that order number on a slip of paper inside the box. Ship it to us with a trackable method (USPS Priority or UPS Ground recommended). Turnaround is typically 3–7 business days once we receive it, and return shipping is included in this price — we'll email you tracking as soon as it ships.

Please send a clean machine — free of ink and ointment residue. Machines that arrive with ink or ointment on them will incur an additional cleaning charge.
