Refund, Return & Warranty Policy 

We’re Here to Help

At Feldman Tool Co., we want you to have a working machine, and we’re highly motivated to help you get your machine back up and running. You'll see that we will do all we can to assess and fix any issues so you don’t have to go through the hassle of returning or replacing your machine. Our goal is to support you with troubleshooting and problem-solving first, ensuring you can get back to tattooing as quickly as possible.

If a return or replacement is necessary, please review our policy below.

 


 

Returns

  • Buyers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a tattoo machine, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original box.

  • If a returned machine is dirty, altered, or shows signs of use, a $75 cleaning fee may be applied, along with a $35 restocking fee.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or issue covered under our policy (see below).

Small Batch & One-Off Custom Machines

  • Small batch machines are defined as machines produced in groups of 30 or fewer.

  • Small batch and one-off custom machines are not eligible for returns or replacements. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns or issues you may have.

Defective Machines & Replacement

If you experience connection issues or other functional problems with your machine within the first 30 days of delivery, we follow these steps:

  1. Video Chat Support – Before initiating a return, we will set up a free video consultation to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue. In many cases, a quick fix can get your machine running again without the need for a return.

  2. Replacement Process – If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, we will provide a replacement machine at no cost.

    • Please note: A replacement machine will not be shipped until the original machine has been received and inspected by Feldman Tool Co.

    • All returns and replacements must be sent back in the original box.

    • We aim to ship your replacement within 48 hours of receiving your returned machine. If any delays or concerns arise in doing so, we will contact you directly to keep you informed.

  3. Shipping Coverage

    • Domestic Orders: Feldman Tool Co. will cover shipping costs for both returning the defective machine and shipping the replacement machine.

    • International Orders: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for sending the defective machine back and for shipping the replacement machine.

Warranty Information

Feldman Tool Co. provides the following warranties on our tattoo machines:

  • Coil and rotary framesLifetime warranty

  • Motors6-month warranty

  • Springs and other wear-and-tear componentsNo warranty

  • Warranty is only valid for unaltered products. If a machine has been modified or altered in any way, the warranty is void.
