Shipping Policy: Feldman Tool Co. strives to deliver your orders promptly.All orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 1-4 Business days via UPS or USPS for domestic orders. International shipping may take longer depending on destination But we like to use DHL for fast 1-3 day delivery pending no snags in customs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order total and delivery address. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $250.00 and will be sent with UPS as a default. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not responsible for any customs or import duties on international shipments.".

• Shipping methods and costs: We leverage using our best resources to bring great shipping rates to YOU our customers. And are big fans for UPS - although we will use USPS and FEDEX if needed or DHL on our long distance shipments.

• International shipping details: We Ship international and we like to fill out our custom forms like pro’s so we do our research on our Harm Codes and customs Doc’s to make sure we get what we are shipping to you and at the lowest cost to you as possible. 

• Delivery area restrictions: We don’t sell or ship to places that the CBP and officials say is a bad idea. 

• Tracking information: OUR FAVORITE WORD !!!!!    We do what it takes to make sure you know where your package is at all times and 9 times out of 10 we are gonna be checking where your package is as well.

• Holiday and peak season delays: We are going to have posted notice on any and all delays - ALWAYS
