The Works is our most complete standard service — new coils, new spring, and a new contact screw, with every part of the build cleaned, polished, and redone along the way. This is the tier for a machine that needs new components, not just an adjustment.

Fill out the Repair Shop Intake form first to get your order number, then pack your machine securely and write that order number on a slip of paper inside the box. Ship it to us with a trackable method (USPS Priority or UPS Ground recommended). Turnaround is typically 3–7 business days once we receive it, and return shipping is included in this price — we'll email you tracking as soon as it ships.

Please send a clean machine — free of ink and ointment residue. Machines that arrive with ink or ointment on them will incur an additional cleaning charge.
